Tracey has been in the design business since graduating with BA (Hons) in Graphic Design in 1988. Her career as a trainer dates back to 1997, delivering Quark courses to creatives, but her excellent reputation and word-of-mouth referrals have seen her work with some of the UK's biggest organisations. Mother of 2 teens, and founder of 2 B2B businesses and 1 B2C business, and about to commence a P/T neuroscience Masters, Tracey likes to keep learning and enjoys her work … and it shows.

James Rochester

Strategy, statistics, human resources , European Law and general management are James' specialities. Although less involved in the business these days, he provides crucial business support at managerial level and helps keep the business running smoothly. James is friendly and does not bite, however anyone paying late can expect a curt call or email from him and had better understand their legal obligations – because he certainly does!

Sally Bailey
Admin Manager

Sally's background is in admin and IT. She ensures the smooth running of the business on a practical level, and is responsible for back-end and front-end admin, costings, and all our lovely Excel documents.

Ollie Ken-Sinclair

When times are busy, we call in one or two of our trusted suppliers, to avoid a disruption in services. Ollie and Steve provide excellent training and come from a media and design background.
